Managing buildout (helping identify and manage contractors and the overall process of completing dispensary buildout). This includes project and construction management to maintain budgets, creation of schedules and timetables for execution, and buildout management in a supporting role to the General Contractor.
Managing security aspects such as review and coordination of equipment and contractor selection and installation, as well as onsite security personnel.
Determining and integrating tech stack into operations for inventory management, recordkeeping, reporting, and other management functions.
Development of internal inventory management standards as well as identifying, assessing, and establishing relationships with licensed and qualified vendors that can meet internal standards.
Identifying and qualifying service providers necessary to support the ongoing operations of the business (i.e. insurance, payroll, HR, accounting, banking & payment processing, recruiting,branding / marketing / promotions, etc).
Training of staff on processes and procedures with a focus on creating a culture of compliance. This includes point-of-sale (POS), readiness training, OSHA for cannabis, rules and regulations, and data and information systems.
Our consulting services are flexible to individual client needs, and can be either hourly or flat fee. We also offer management services for those that want more extensive day-to-day support.
