Sebastian Nassau


With executive experience in the cannabis industry dating back to the onset of adult-use cannabis legalization in Colorado, Sebastian has to date worked with over 170 cannabis companies and organizations in a business development, operational, and/or strategic capacity. His previous clients include some of the most successful cannabis companies both nationally and internationally. Sebastian has worked extensively with dispensaries, product manufacturers, extractors, cultivators, and service-based/value-adding companies.

His specialties are new business development, strategic planning, team building, customer acquisition & retention, project management, B2B marketing, community outreach, and operations.

Todd brings strong leadership, global vision, and strategic direction to our multi-disciplined team of business experts and cannabis professionals. His energy is drawn from his passion for the plant and a deep-seeded desire to unpack all its possibilities to heal patients and our planet, legitimately contribute to a global economy, and bring social justice to our society. He is committed to creating an effective and responsible legal cannabis market on a global scale.    

Todd is a West Point graduate and brings with him vast experience gained during a distinguished military career serving in a broad range of leadership positions in complex domestic and international settings, including five years of diplomatic service. He is an expert at providing consultative assistance to senior leaders; developing and managing relationships with key decision makers; managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and communicating organizational goals and objectives. He has laid the groundwork for high impact in the rapidly emerging European markets.



Jessica Kaiser has had an illustrious cannabis industry career spanning over eight years. She has honed her expertise in recruiting, training, brand management, operational prowess, and business development, solidifying her position as a trusted authority.  Previously, as the founder of a compliance-centric experiential marketing enterprise, Jessica captained a dynamic team of 40 trained professionals across Colorado, amplifying cannabis brand awareness and driving social movements by harnessing the power of effective communication. Jessica spearheaded the development of bespoke cannabis compliance training programs, conducted product training for manufacturers and cultivators, and offered strategic consulting to cannabis enterprises.  In March 2020, Jessica assumed the mantle of strategic management consultant, data aggregator, and licensing aficionado for cannabis industry stakeholders. Collaborating closely with some of the most established operators in the industry, she lent her expertise to bolster marketing endeavors, training efforts, and community initiatives. Since May 2021, Jessica has been pivotal in ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence for Harvest 360 and its clients. Drawing upon her knowledge and careful attention to detail, Jessica deftly guides clients through the intricacies of planning and navigating all phases of their cannabis ventures, positioning organizations for sustainable growth and innovation within the highly-regulated cannabis market.

Josh Alper


30 years of experience in science, technology, branding, including sales and marketing of consumer and industrial products with emphasis on emerging technologies, technical sales and product development. Extensive technology collaboration and project management experience, including business plan development from concept through execution. Expertise in Cannabis Science, Security, Energy, Construction, Critical thinking, Green Business, Specialty Food Products, and Human Consciousness.

Clement Hayes


He holds a Degree from University of Colorado-Boulder in Evolutionary Biology. Mr. Hayes then attended St. Mary’s University School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude. During his time at St. Mary’s he served as the Editor in Chief of the St. Mary’s Law Journal on Legal Malpractice and Ethics and was a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Edward C. Prado of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals He is also a registered patent attorney. His breadth of experience allows him to provide innovative yet realistic solutions to any growing business. Clement currently hold a position as a Program Coordinator at the U.C. Health CeDAR program.

In addition to being the founding attorney of Block45 Legal, Mr. Hayes was an attorney with Messner Reeves LLP where he managed the intellectual property (IP) portfolio of a fortune 200 company. Mr. Hayes is a long-standing member of the American Intellectual Property Association (AIPLA) and serves as President of the Denver Chamber of Commerce Leads Group. He has worked extensively with cannabis companies to manage their business and IP considerations

Dr. Philip Blair, MD

Chief Clinical Advisor

Dr. Philip Blair, MD, (Colonel USArmy retired) is a Family Physician and consultant in disease management in the Northwest. He graduated from West Point in 1972, attended the University of Miami School of Medicine, trained as an Army Family Physician and served as a combat physician in the 1st Gulf War. After medical assignments in three continents and 29 years in uniform he retired from the Army and has been consulting on complex disease management since 2000. Since 2014 Dr. Blair has been studying, treating, and lecturing about the human body’s natural endocannabinoid system (ECS). ECS disorders appear to be the root cause of many chronic medical problems and inflammation. His goal is to restore health and performance by enhancing the ECS using diet, exercise, appropriate medications and non-psychoactive therapies.

YALE PEEBLES brings 20+ years of achievements in the Food and Agricultural space across all facets of cross-functional team leadership, strategy development and execution, business operational improvements, and solid growth. He has leadership positions across startups, Fortune 100 and PE owned ventures. He leads and grows organizations by evaluating and focusing on the fundamentals of the business. Business executing transformational partnerships and acquisitions, and inspiring teammates to reach their full potential. Yale combines exceptional leadership, relationship building skills with rigorous analytical prowess. Yale career began at Bain and Company after graduating from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, MBA program. Prior to that Yale graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, after which he served as an armor officer in the U.S. Army.

Having worked in nearly every employee and management position in medical cannabis dispensaries starting in Colorado in 2009, Jenny was appointed the Director of Operations at a large-scale recreational Cannabis Retailer and cultivation operation in 2014. She formed ICS Consulting Service in 2015, which provides full service compliance support to licensed cannabis businesses. She has an abundance of experience in all facets of compliance for every part of the cannabis supply chain.

Zachary Huey, Esq. is a practicing attorney in Alabama and Colorado with more than five years of experience in cannabis. As an advisor to Harvest 360, he consults on state cannabis and marijuana license applications, brand licensing, and management services. He has worked in multiple states with Harvest 360 including Alabama, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, and New Jersey. Through his law firm he represents a range of cannabis clients including licensed operators, manufacturers, and other service providers. He is active in the cannabis community and serves an elected position with the Colorado Bar Cannabis Law Section. He is also a member of the Alabama Medical Cannabis Association (“AMCA”) and the International Cannabis Bar Association (“INCBA”).
